To the Schoeni Art Gallery

Even today I cannot believe Manfred has left us. Though we only met twice, my impression of him will never die. For this reason, myself and many others believe that The Schoeni Gallery will continue to have as big an impact in the future as it did in the past. In my experience, few in the arena of Chinese art galleries possess the same level of life and energy and the same promising career as Manfred did.

We do not hope or believe that such a skyscraper can fall so easily. For all of you, who consider yourselves a part of the Chinese Art World, 2004 is definitely not a good year.
